Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with +FAVOR Boy Apparel.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volume.
Signature Delivery
Orders $150 or more may require a signature upon delivery to protect against fraud and delivery disputes.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed. +FAVOR Boy Apparel is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Shipping Protection & Claims Policy
At +FAVOR, we are committed to making sure your order arrives safely and securely. To provide added peace of mind, we offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout.
Please review our policy below regarding lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Shipping Protection Coverage
Customers who select Shipping Protection at checkout are eligible for coverage in the event of:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages (marked as delivered but not received)
- Damaged items during transit
If your order is protected, we will gladly replace the item(s) at no additional cost after claim verification. Note: Consumers must file a claim within the specified time frame 7 days of being marked as “delivered” by carrier to be eligible for replacement.
Claims Process
To file a claim, please contact us within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages) with the following:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photo evidence (for damaged items)
- Confirmation of shipping address
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be denied.
Important Guidelines
To protect both our customers and our business, the following conditions apply:
- Claims for “lost” packages must show no delivery confirmation or movement for an extended period
- Claims for “stolen” packages may require additional verification
- We reserve the right to deny claims that show patterns of repeated loss or suspicious activity
- Replacement orders are issued once per claim and are final
Orders Without Shipping Protection
If Shipping Protection is not selected at checkout, +FAVOR is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages after delivery
- Carrier delays or delivery errors
In these cases, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.
Delivery Confirmation
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled.
We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery unless Shipping Protection was purchased.
Fraud Prevention
To prevent abuse of our policy:
- We monitor all claims for irregular activity
- Multiple claims under the same customer or address may be flagged
- We reserve the right to refuse service, refunds, or replacements in cases of suspected fraud
