Welcome to +FAVOR Boy Apparel. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at www.favorboyapparel.store (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site.
By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or have permission from a legal guardian to use this Site.
You agree not to use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to display product colors, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect product colors perfectly.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify product offerings
- Limit quantities
- Discontinue products at any time
- Change pricing without notice
3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order
- Limit quantities per customer
- Cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity
If an order is canceled after payment is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any order placed with incorrect pricing.
5. SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after shipment.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
+FAVOR Boy Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, high-volume shipping periods, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Shipping Protection & Claims Policy
At +FAVOR, we are committed to making sure your order arrives safely and securely. To provide added peace of mind, we offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout.
Please review our policy below regarding lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Shipping Protection Coverage
Customers who select Shipping Protection at checkout are eligible for coverage in the event of:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages (marked as delivered but not received)
- Damaged items during transit
If your order is protected, we will gladly replace the item(s) at no additional cost after claim verification. Note: Consumers must file a claim within the specified time frame 7 days of being marked as “delivered” by carrier to be eligible for replacement.
Claims Process
To file a claim, please contact us within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages) with the following:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photo evidence (for damaged items)
- Confirmation of shipping address
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be denied.
Important Guidelines
To protect both our customers and our business, the following conditions apply:
- Claims for “lost” packages must show no delivery confirmation or movement for an extended period
- Claims for “stolen” packages may require additional verification
- We reserve the right to deny claims that show patterns of repeated loss or suspicious activity
- Replacement orders are issued once per claim and are final
Orders Without Shipping Protection
If Shipping Protection is not selected at checkout, +FAVOR is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages after delivery
- Carrier delays or delivery errors
In these cases, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.
Delivery Confirmation
+FAVOR Boy Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a shipment has been marked Delivered by the carrier, unless Shipping Protection was purchased.
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
6. SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR HIGH-VALUE ORDERS
Orders totaling $150 or more may require a signature upon delivery.
A signed delivery confirmation serves as proof of delivery. +FAVOR Boy Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
7. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed.
+FAVOR Boy Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an incorrect address is entered, the customer assumes full responsibility.
Returned packages due to incorrect address information may require additional reshipping fees.
8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Free Return Shipping. No Restocking Fees.
Kids grow fast — we get it. If you need a bigger fit, return your item with free shipping and no restocking fees.
AT +FAVOR Boy Apparel, we take pride in delivering premium quality pieces. Please review our return guidelines carefully before making a purchase.
We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.
We offer free exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- Free of odor
- In original condition
- Tags still attached
Two-piece sets must be returned as a complete set.

Return instructions will be provided within 48 hours.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
9. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By placing an order, you agree to contact us first at return@favorboyapparel.storebefore initiating a chargeback.
We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks using evidence including:
- Delivery confirmation
- Tracking records
- Billing and shipping verification
- IP address and device data
Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks may be restricted from future purchases.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site including logos, graphics, designs, text, and images are the property of +FAVOR Boy Apparel and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
+FAVOR Boy Apparel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the Site.
